All the participants (individual, group leader, group members) must fill in the online form and upload the required documents according to the time and manner described in Annex 1 – instructions for partecipation of REGULATION  by January 30, 2015 at 12:00 am CET .

Once the subscription form below is correctly fulfilled, the individual participant or the group leader will receive an identification code that must be used in all the documents (as specified in Annex 1 – Instructions for participation of REGULATION). Later on, the participants should upload the required documents on the website using the UPLOAD FORM.
